Sooooo, my neighbor knocks on my door. Apparently a truck pulling into Stop & Shop, hooked on to my electrical wire, and its now hanging about only 6 feet above the street. He called the police to report the danger (and they said they could have a car here when they have one free - which could be hours), and called PSE&G to report the downed wire. I also called PSE&G, to let them know it needs to be rushed, due to Ry with her RAD. We need the AC, and if the AC goes out, the humidity could cause her to need the nebulizer. They told me that they dont take any medical issues into consideration and we could just go somewhere else. Nice, huh? Doesnt matter that my bill had increased greatly since they took over from LIPA. Ugh...just waiting on a minivan or SUV to go by, and take the line down completely. Getting candles ready.
