Sooooo, was really feeling sorry for myself because yesterday my car was backed into by a fiesty ... [yea let;s use that word] older woman driving with one arm in a sling. My self pity dissipated when she opened her mouth and proceeded to try and intimidate me away. Then I started really feeling sorry for the idiot. Because she HIT ME while pulling out of a parking space. And you know whats worst than screaming, I did not see you? Screaming I am in damn hurry, get out of my way and do you know what is ever worst? Screaming all this to a retired lawyer who can do a quick assessment and realize that she has over a thou worth of damages and... she is going no where until she gets all the right info. But... fiesty was not going cooperate. She was going to stonewall me. Hello cell phone, click, picture, click picture, click movie... click forward, click, name address, policy number... blah blah... and yes liability sticks with her... the law is very clear. You back out of a parking space onto traffic, YOU MUST YIELD TO TRAFFIC. And hello.... she hit the rear drivers side...... not like I could have stopped her... cars in front me and cars behind me....Asshole. And yes, she will also pay for the rental while my car gets fixed.
