Soooooo being as its Christmas etc Hubby and I have performed, our own unofficial survey of Whiteley hot chocolates. A nice brisk daily walk and one hot chocolate at the end of the walk. Montagues = only I had hot choc here. It was alright, not really hot hot hot but nice and chocolatey with no frills. Cafe Nero = nice but waaaay too cold. Starbucks = ok a bit warmer than neros and very chocolatey. Costa= too cold and had to ask for cream tasted ok, but only just ok. M&S= WINNER so far!!! nice and hot lots of cream plus mini marshmallows and a tiny biccy. Order the hot chocolate orange flavour really Scrummy really rich plus staff were great fun. Only the bakery left to try and its a tall order to beat M&S.
