Soooooo frustrated with PSE&G. The meter guy hasnt read our meter for 1 year! They have full access to it, they NEVER ring bell or knock on door. The other day my son walks up to our door meter guy reading outside electric meter say hello to him and never mentions about gas meter, walks away. WHAT!!! It has been notated on my account how to get to basement, there is a sign on my front door(if they bother to ring doorbell) telling them to go to basement. NOTHING!!! Yesterday I call, they tell me call back tomorrow its Good Friday no one is here, I said are you sure, YES. I call back today and ask for supervisor and guess what??? NO ONE IS HERE UNTIL MONDAY!!!! WTF!!! I told her to send the supervisor a message to call me FIRST thing Monday if not I will be on phone to call them AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! K thanks for letting me vent, bye have a great day!!
