Soooooo, have spent the last 2 days on the blower with Markus from Telstra with a request to explain their billing processes as Im confused as all F@ck (and so is poor Markus ). Apparently I am up to date with payments as I made a payment yesterday of: $118.25. Even his supervisor cannot explain it to me. Heres a snap of my account from Telstra and the other of my account from the Telstra App. Is it just me? Awaiting 3rd call back
