Sorry Christians but Faith without works is dead Generational inheritance does not mean you sit on your backside waiting for your relatives to die so that you can receive what they picked years worth of cotton to store up! That is an insult to their ethics! I believe that it should be an inheritance of determination, endurance and motivation not to be part of the status quo, People like Rosa Parks sat down and remained steadfast in the face of adversity, so we could Stand up and get on with it! There is the wrong assumption that if we just jump up and down and throw money in a collection plate, that heaven is just going to pour out an abundance of money, Well this is not the National lottery, your offering is not the winning numbers and Jesus is not Dale winton! Dueteronomy says God gives us Wisdom and Ability to get wealth. That is not to say that you will not be granted the occasional blessing however you need to follow the example of Jesus himself who still worked as a carpenter to generate income. Lets be doers of the word and not hearers only, Wrong thinking is crippling us! Some people cannot afford to pay their bills or eat food or are on the verge of losing their house or relationships, but are more interested in imagery and keeping up appearances at church. Forget it! Be sensible, dont over spiritualise stuff, learn money management, go and enquire about how to get a mortgage, learn to go on courses that fit where you think you are supposed to be in life, get life coaching, mentoring or counselling if need be, and lets stop treating God like a magician, who is going to fix everything miraculously if we just spin around 3 times in church but do not change our mind set our attitude or learn how to discipline ourselves, conduct permitted becomes conduct accepted! Lets inherit common sense! #TimeForChange #NotGoingInto2015TheSame
