Sorry. Gonna rant. Bought a new phone fr Starhub. Applied for multi-sim contract. The sales person told me the multi-sim will be activated within an hour. It wasnt. Called helpline. After the usual frustration of pressing so many buttons n speaking to a machine, finally got to speak to a human. Usual mambo jumbo. Apologized etc. told me line would be ready within 24 hrs. Told him to call me that evening if theres any prob. He didnt. Multi sim not activated. Called helpline. Told her to call me that evening if theres any prob. She told me the initial guy I spoke to would call. He did. Apologized. Said he emailed the issue to the Stsrhub shop. Told him why cant call. He said got no number to call. Starhub - a communications co - cannot call their own outlet in a mall. Ironic no? He called again this morning. Apologized. Said there was some technical glitch. He emailed them to expedite the matter. Sigh. Darah naik. And this is SG. The country famed for running on clockwork.
