Sorry I have not gotten back to all that called & text but thank you! Im finally in my own bed and stable enough to get around a little. Still have absolutely no answers of what the hell happened. Went to bed Friday night with a ache under my rib cage on the right. Woke up & still had it but tolerable. Continued with the rummage sale all day. About 4 it really started to hurt and spread to the other side and up. I went home to lay down & it got worse and more intense by the minute. Eventually breathing was becoming a chore and hurt like hell! Matt took me to the ER. That point on is pretty much a blur. All I remember is getting worried when they pumped me full of morphine and it didnt touch the pain, and temperature was 104.9! Five hours later I woke up to needles & tubes all over with my mom and Matthew by my side. Doctor telling me they did every test in the book & no answers except a little fluid around my lungs. Admitted up to ICU. By the time morning came I could not take anymore of the not knowing and waiting. By the time the new dr came I said Im outta here and asked for my ivs to be taken out. The nurse even had me remove all my ekg wires and tape! Only reason we went there is because of the situation otherwise we would have went to oshkosh. Ive always hated st.agnes and will never again go back. Worst hospital ever.
