Sorry I have not put up much in the way of updates lately. I spend the vast majority of every day just feeding and cleaning up after squirrel babies now. I am nearing having 70 on formula which requires nearly round the clock feedings. I also have to drive out to the farm every single day so there is little time for posting much. The baby squirrels just keep on coming. The people who help under my license (and Lisa who now has her own license) are very busy with babies too. It will slow up in a few weeks so that we can get back to posting more regularly. Today is the final day of the Spunky painting campaign. I will need to get all the names to the artist so that a name can be drawn and announced some time tomorrow. We are posting fundraising ideas because with this many babies we need as much help as possible. They go through the formula like crazy now and I am often making it up twice a day as they go through at least two batches of it a day. The kitten is growing and doing better now. She has another day of meds to be completed but she is looking and acting much better now. I just had to buy some Revolution for the squirrels as I have only a drop or two left. We put Revolution on the squirrels for fleas,mites, lice, ear mites, and if they have small immature bot flies. It also helps to control some of the worms that are often present in wildlife. I also must dose Molly every month since her pen is entirely outside to prevent her from getting heartworms. Off to feed the babies again and then out to the farm (where it has dried up a bit so I dont get stuck in the mud). Thank you to everyone for understanding how busy I am right now. I continue to be blamed for stupid things on another facebook page which is amazing considering how I dont even have time to eat some days but I just have to expect people to act like that I guess.
