Sorry I posted a little late this week guys. Been busy with shoots but heres your new glute workout for the week. This you will also feel in your quads and hamstrings a bit. These are called curtsy lunges. Again with just about any exercises I post on the smith machine you can do free weight with a regular bar if you have good balance and form. These are like reverse lunges but instead of reaching back you will reach back and off to the side like you would if you were to do a curtsy. Depending on foot placement you will hit a different part of your glutes. The further to the side you reach with the moving leg, the more you will feel it in the side of your glute that is planted in the front. When you bring your leg back through to alternate make sure to push through your heel that is planted in the front (instead of your toes) because you will feel it more in the glutes.
