Sorry, I’ve been meaning to do this for quite some time, I’ve had it written for a while just never submitted. Hope to meet some awesome people this year! I certainly hope this lets people get to know me a little better. I’m super excited to be meeting all of you guys in a couple months, and I hope I make some really strong, lasting friendships from this experience. Comment if you’re in Media! Name/ Nickname: Warren Schlote / Schlo Age: 17 Major: Media Studies Nationality: Canadian, far back there are ties to Germany and Austria. Hometown: Mississauga (Meadowvale) Highschool: Iona C.S.S. Hobbies: Fishing, music (jazz piano), cars (VW), photography, trains (odd, I know) Favourite Music: Favourite two would have to be jazz and rock. The Tragically Hip is my favourite rock group. Favourite TV Shows: Corner Gas, Parks and Recreation Favourite Movies: Comedies, action. Favourite Computer Games: Not a big gamer. Favourite Books: I dont read a ton, I’m not adverse to it, I can enjoy a good book. When it comes down to it, I just don’t do it a lot. Favourite Foods: Tons… where do I begin? Pizza, schnitzel, sausage, burgers, tacos, the list goes on. Favourite Sports: Not a huge sports guy, but I do have an appreciation for some sports like baseball and hockey. I have been known to enjoy a good Frisbee toss from time to time! :) Do you party: I’ll participate, but it’s not my favourite activity. I prefer spending quality time with good friends. Do you drink: Nope! Do you smoke: Nope! Time I go to bed: 10:30-11:30 Clean or messy: I enjoy having my stuff organized; I hate the process of organization. Does that answer the question a bit? I guess I can say I try. Shy or outgoing: I may be quiet at first, but I enjoy opening up to people I really connect with. I try not to be too reclusive though! haha Lazy or active: More on the lazy side, but if I’m interested in something, I’m all over it. Are grades important: For sure! Are you going to be working a job on/off campus: Currently working at Bed Bath and Beyond, hoping to get a job on campus as well/instead. Unsure at this point. Interesting facts about me: I started a jazz quartet with high school friends a couple years ago! facebook/KaleidoscopeJazz . I’m the last person in my family to go to post-secondary. I honestly just couldn’t think of anything else! I guess I can add that if my facebook profile seems barren, it’s new.
