Sorry about not posting anything lately. Between photographing the Sarasota 5000 rowing event (900 photos to sort out and get ready to post) and working on automotive photography and wandering around in waist deep water at Myakka River State Park, I have been busy. There are a couple of interesting things in the works. First is a photo shoot with Gerry Coker who was the designer of the bodies for the original big Healeys (Austin Healey 100-4, 3000). He now lives in Sarasota and a new friend of mine happens to know him and has an Austin Healey 100-4 LeMans, compete with lay back windscreen and the factory hood louvers. A rare car. Trying to put together a photo shoot with him and one of his most legendary cars - a historic pairing. I am also trying to get together with some owners of some other great classics to do a special photo shoot. Great fun! Also, with the flooding at Myakka River State Park, I have to spend as much time as I can out there. To me, the park is much more interesting when it is flooded.
