Sorry about the poor camera angle, not sure what the man behind the camera was thinking... So close and yet so far.....having a goal is a great thing, a necessary element in a fitness journey. Some you achieve faster than others and some take time, persistence and patience. My goal is to hit the following sequence on bench ; 1) 60kg x 50 2) 80kg x 35 3) 100kg x 20 So so so close.... The goal lives to fight another day! I shall persist in my quest to nail this and a mighty celebration will be had when I do Find your goal and chase it until you realise it
