Sorry but im getting fed up now i have a 1st floor flat but everybody seems to want ground floor for the ammount of times ive been told that theres not enough ground floor propertys but i dont understand the difference between a ground floor or any other floor if the property has 2 clean working lifts just means you wont get flooded to me and most ground floor property in my purpose built block are owned 2. A need for a garden well were i live i have a semi closed in shared garden plus im walking distance to a dog area 3 parks and the beach and i have 11ft balcony plus added bonus dont need to do the gardening can just sit there watching the garden getting done without paying a penny for lawn mowers ect 3. Dont want to live on eastate every council/housing association property is mostly on an eastate as they build loads of propertys at the same time its just weather its a good estate or bad one but its you and me as individuals that makes a good one or a bad one 4. Dont want purpose built or tower block but converted house your still have neighbours dont get it most centrally located places have tower or purpose built blocks hay thats life/Uk 5.dont want a flat everybody knows theres a house shortage not everybody will get a house but yet again whats the difference that you have stairs more carpet to pay for as i know its not room sizes because ive seen houses that have smaller rooms then mine if you need to move ie for bedroom tax either pay the tax or move to what your able to accept as i think your mind is working over time and making up houses up that dont exist cause if they do exist why havent you moved in to them but i think alot of downsizers are looking for the same property but with 1 less room never going to happen unless you go to your neighbours and see if they have 2 beds that they want to swap i mean i would love a big 3 bed house with big rooms big kitchen big garden brand new bathroom and kitchen and boiler all nice new doors a conservatory a porch a swimming pool sauna room for a pony a hot tub a double garage with automatic garage doors the house decorated in my style no one elses need i go on i dont think the council has 1 of them we all need to be realistic and i dont think alot of people are and will never move its just people are not living where thier ment to be living and thats the issue everybodys having with the housing crisis because theres couples whos children have left home living in 3 and 2 beds that they dont need or familys with sisters or brothers that can share a room
