Sorry for no recent updates but it has been a long few days at home. The medication needs to be administered every 6 hours and takes an hour to infuse so that has meant very little sleep. Mackenzie and I have decided to switch to a 24 hour IV pump. This has its own challenges but we feel that it works best for us. I need to figure out how best to manage the schoolwork she is missing, so any advice is welcome. We are doing our best to keep her spirits up and appreciate the flowers, gifts and most of all visits from her friends.
