Sorry for not posting the past couple of days. Been working late at the gym and got home late and just forgot. A lot has happened since Saturday. We had to pour concrete in the trench we had to dig up in the concrete to make hoover happy. That was poured on saturday. My door access guy has come and pulled all the wires for the cameras and put up the panels for door access the past 2 days. The electricians should be done tomorrow. They have to get all the electrical panels wired up and done before hoover will sign off on them and then the power company will come and drop 2 meters for the power outside. We had to do this because one of of the spaces had never been leased and one of them had no meter because it hasnt been rented in a long time. This should be hopefully completed tomorrow and the power company get there on Thursday. The hvac guy came by and did a horrible job on some of the duct work that wont pass inspection so he is going to have to bring his butt back up there and fix it. The sheetrock finishers came yesterday and started mudding the sheetrock. They should be to get the final coat on tomorrow and have It sanded and ready to paint by Thursday or friday. I have the painters coming to also work on finishing some of the sheetrock and start painting by Thursday while the other crew finishes up the locker room/office area. We will have to see what gets done in the next 2 days on whether we will be ready for final inspection on friday. If not friday the hen monday. The final inspection just checks all the stuff that has been built and altered and checks all of its functionality. All the equipment does not not have to be In place but we are trying to do that while we are finishing up all the other jobs. We still have to get the floors finished and polished in the areas where there isnt rubber. So we have to fit that in among all the other jobs. Which may prove to be difficult but we will make make it work. I have to go judge a bodybuilding show in mobile on friday so I have to leave my people here in charge to to make sure that things are handled. I should have more info by the end of thursday about a better time table for opening. We should be able to make open after the final inspection.
