Sorry for the delay but Asher is out of surgery. He did great but is definitely in a lot of pain. He was off the ventilator within 20 minutes after surgery, which is amazing, and at about 30% oxygen. It is heartbreaking to see because his entire body is hurting. Poor guy cannot get comfortable. They gave him some morphine before I left but they dont want to give him a lot and all at once because it would affect his breathing and he would more than likely need to be put back on the ventilator. Hes got the incision on abdomen, one in the groin area from his hernia and obviously the other one I wont mention, so he is going to be sore for a while since theyre in locations that are constantly moving. I pray that he heals quickly because I hate the fact that he is hurting. Thank you all for the prayers and support. God bless!
