(Sorry for the long part at the end. Wasnt able to shorten the movements) Well I tied for 14th/15. Definitely not where I wanted to finish. Started with a 3RM Hang Clean at #123. My goal was #133. Next was 21-15-9 Power Snatches and box jump overs. My goal was just to finish. I did not. I got 82 reps. Last was 40 Du. 30 #10 sit-ups. 20 #95 Deadlifts. 10 HSPU w/#45 deficit. 20 Deads. 30 sit-ups. Rinse and repeat. My goal was to get through 2 rounds. I suffered at the HSPU and finished with 95 reps. I see that I STILL can not seem to bring my damn knees all the way down to get a good kip on those!! But I will take it as a PR because Ive never done it with a #45 deficit and I got 5. Also need to work on that cardio cardio cardio. Control the breathing, control the WOD. I just want to thank my good friend Steph. I did not end the last WOD very well and I was questioning whether or not I should have done Scaled and she reassured me I was where I needed to be. Even though I didnt see or feel progress since my first competition she told me that she definitely has seen a difference!! Her words, presence and her friendship mean the world to me!!
