Sorry for the long post, but wanted to go over a few things with you all. First of all, thank you all from the bottom of my heart! My page just went over 200 likes. It may not seem a lot, but to me it is and I appreciate it! Second, a little insight about me, why I decided to be a trainer and some comments that Ive heard about my style of training. I decided to finally pursue my Personal Training certification because I love to help people. My passion is and always will be improving my body thru lifting and working out. I want to look and feel young for as long as I possibly can be a role model to others. One thing I hear a lot from people is I wont hire you as my trainer cause you are crazy with your workout ideas. Am I insane? No, not at all. But I know what works and I know how to get results. Yes, sometimes I do make comments about what my Boot Camp will entail or what I will have a client do for their personal training session. Although I may make those comments, I tell my Boot Camp participants to go at their own pace, THEY know their body the best. For my clients, once I get them figured out, Im going to push them to get the results they want. Yes, they may curse me, but they love me when they see their results. The looser clothes that fit, the better they feel. My intention is to never hurt someone, my intention is to get them results. Its hard work for them, I know it first hand, but Im there to support them and motivate them. I hope everyone has enjoyed their weekend and is gearing up for a new work week. If you have started a workout routine, dont stop, keep going. If you have considered starting, the best day to start is now.
