Sorry for the long wait More Pokemon X and Y The weak Stand all Sonja and Dusk ran across the town of Santalune City to find the gym. She and Dusk came to a halt when she couldnt figure out where it was located. Dusk laid down by her feet as she pondered where it could be located. And stay out! yelled a woman from across the street. Sonja and Dusk both saw a young male trainer being escorted roughly from a building. I need that badge! Give it to me! the trainer yelled in return. The woman threw his pack onto the ground. Come back when you learn to respect others! the woman scoffed then looked up and over to Sonja and Dusk, who were both walking over. The boy got up and took his pack. He stared at Sonja then to the woman. Another challenger? The woman asked and Sonja nodded. Is this the Gym? She asked and the woman nodded. Yes, and I am Ivy, the gym leader of the poison type gym. She answered and Sonja smiled. Awesome! she cheered and then turned to the boy then back to Ivy. May I challenge you? She asked and Ivy nodded. Sure, come in. she and Sonja went inside, folowed by Dusk. Zane and Axel found the gym shortly after Sonja and Dusk entered it. Cmon Zane, Faruk! Axel dashed to the gym. Zane and Faruk both followed huim inside. Within the gym were countless poison Ivy vines and a large pool of purple water sat within the middle of the gym. Ivy gestured Sonja to follow and so she did. You get this side. Ivy said and Sonja stood still. Ivy walked across a crosswalk and over to a console. The pressed a button on it and a platform appeared from within the water. Shall we begin? Ivy asked and help up a Pokeball. Sonja nodded and then lifted a Pokeball. Grimer, go! Ivy Shouted and threw the pokeball. Sonja threw the pokeball as well. Cynder! she shouted. Lar! Grimer! The two Pokemon stared eachother down. Grimer, Use sludge! Ivy ordered and Grimer shot sludge around the battle field. Cynder! Flame Charge! Sonja called and then flame engulfed the Larvesta. Now! Cynder charged forward and made contact with Grimer. Gri!!! Cynder left grimer burned. Gri. . . mer. the grimer fell over, fainted. Whoa! Sonja exclaimed and then looked to Cynder. Sonja seemed confused. . . lar. Cynder cried. Nidoran! Ivy sent out a female Nidoran. You feel the sting, dont you Cynder? she asked and Cynder engulfed herself in flames. Nidoran, double kick! Ivy called and charged forward Cynder. Flame charge! Nidorans foot kicked Cynder and she was knocked back and into the pool. She burst out of the pool. Lar, lar! she cried and managed to pull herself out. Cynder fell onto the ground, shivering.CYNDER! Sonja cried and pulled out a pokeball. Come back! Sonja withdrew Cynder and stared at Dusk, who looked angered. Your turn Dusk! she ordered and Dusk hopped onto the battle field. BREON! He stood tall and stared down at the Nidoran. Ni!. Ivy smirked. Double Kick! Dark Pulse! they both shouted. Dusk let out his move before Nidoran made contact with him. The Nidoran was knocked back by the blast and had fallen into the pool. Breon! Dusk growled and Ivy witdrew her female Nidoran. Nidoran! she called and a male Nidoran appeared. Use Poison pin! Ivy comanded Quick attack, Dusk! Sonja ordered and Dusk dodged the poison pin attack with his speed. Dusk slammed into Nidoran and jumped back. . . Bre. .bre, bre,on. Ivy smirked. Tackle! Nidoran ran up to Dusk, who didnt look too well. SONJA! DUSK HAS BEEN POISONED! Axel called from the stands. Axel! Wait-? Dusk! Use quick attack, followed by Moonlight! Umbreon escaped Nidorans attack and his blue marking began to shine. The once tired Umbreon was refreshed of health, but the poison remained. Tackle! Dusk, Feint Attack! the two pokemon charged then collided. Dusk took a full blow, but managed to retaliate by knocking Nidoran onto the ground. Crunch! Dusk opened his mouth and bit down hard onto Nidorans neck. Ni!Ni! Ivy grumbled Return! Nidorino! she sent out her Nidorino, which he roared out fiercely. Be Ready Dusk! Dusk growled and eyed the Nidorino. Dig, Nidorino! Nidorino began to dig. I dont think so, Quick attack Dusk! Dusk rushed up to Nidorino. Earthquake, now! Nidorino smirked and slammed his feet onto the ground, causing it to shake. Breon! Dusk over from the earthquake attack. Bre? Ivy grinned. BODY SLAM! Nidorino rushed Dusk as he got up, but it was too late. bbrreeoonn!! Dusk took a full force hit from the body slam attack and was thrown back hard and outside the field. He hit the stadium wall and fell to the floor. Dusk! Sonja cried and Dusk slowly got bck onto his feet, but he fell over in defeat. Dusk is unable to battle, geeze. Zane sighed from the sidelines and Sonja walked over to Dusk. Great job, buddy. She rubbed his head and gestured Axel to retrieve him, shich he did. Alright, last one. Sonja pulled out Deserts friend ball and tossed it. Brava! Desert stood on the ground. What? Pfft, hahaha. A Vibrava with an injured wing? Your kidding right? Ivy taunted Sonja and Desert. Brava! Desert growled and Nidorino stared him down. Desert, you ready? Sonja asked and Desert looke back and nodded. VI! Ivy waved her have, Finish this, use dig! NIdorino began to dig once more. Supersonic! Sonja yelled and Desert let out his move. It made contact with Nidorino, which he became confused. Nidorino, dig! Ivy called and Sonja smiled. It worked! Use crunch while hes confused! Hurry! Sonja shouted and Desert quickly crawled up to Nidorino and bit down onto his leg. Rah!! Body Slam! Nidorino snapped out of if and slammed into Desert. Desert was knocked back only a few feet. He shook it off and rushed to Nidorino, who began digging again. Wait for it. . Wait for it. Nidorino dug far enough where he can no longer be seen. Desert, Now! Desert hopped up as the ground below him shook. Nidorino popped up from the earth and Desert had a surprise Iron tail move set onto him. Deserts tail slammed into Nidorinos face and he fell to the ground, with a cloud of dust, following Desert, who tried to fly. NIDORINO IS OUT! The dust cleared and Nidorino laid on the ground, out like a light. Desert flapped his wings to hover to Sonjas arms. Great job Desert! I knew you could do it! he gave her Vibrava a hug and kiss to the forehead. You did it! Zane shouted to meet up with her and Desert. Axel carried Dusk over to them and Dusk only smiled at her and Desert. Brava, Vi, Vibrava! Desert cheered. Ivy tended to her NIdorino and then stood up. She walked over to the group and confronted Sonja. Great job, you earned this. She handed Sonja her first Badge. This is the Toxin badge, your pokemon will gain a higher defense to poison moves with this. she said and then reached her hand out, patting Desert on the head. That was a smart move, how did you know what to do? she asked and Sonja looked to the rafters above. Torie told me. Everyone looked up, on the platform above them, stood Torie and Eric, which they watched the whole battle. The two both found thier way down and Torie gave Sonja a big hug. Congratulations! she said and Eric stood behind her. Great job Desert, you were incredible! He said and Desert giggled. Bra, brava! Ivy smiled, and Nidorino gotten up, he sat next to Ivy. Sonja kneeled down and patted him on the head. Great job to you too, Nidorino! she said and Nidorino growled happily. Ill be seeing you in the future. Ivy said and she dismissed them.
