Sorry for the poor quality of the photos. But while my hiking buddies prepare their packs and water bottles, THIS will illustrate why hiking, hitting the gym, and clean eating have become a lifestyle for me: The first photo was taken 4/25/14. I weighed 229 lbs. The second photo was taken this morning 8/3/14. I now weigh 182 lbs. Yep. I come down 47 lbs in a little over 4 months. My body fat percentage has dropped from 39% to 27%. And this is only the halfway point. I cant wait to see how far I get by my birthday in October! How is it done? Im following the Body For Life program by Bill Phillips.
