Sorry for the previous typo! By now everyone in the Northern Hemisphere is seeing that the daylight hours are shortening due to encroaching Winter. This is time to take care that Seasonal Affective Disorder is minimized by building up serotonin processes through diet and exercise. And on the days when it seems too fussy to maintain a carbohydrate snack and/or meal regime that we espouse in the Serotonin Power Diet, know that each effort set forward is rewarded for long term benefits. Who knew that carbohydrates have such brain beneficials? Enjoy the week ahead!
