Sorry its taken me so long to post a baby update, weve been busy! Heather gave birth to Anders James Nordlund on Monday morning at 11:31 AM. Hes 8 pounds, 2 ounces, 20 tall, and cute as hell. Give Heather a high five for going full momma extreme with no epidural. Biting my face and making Chewbacca sounds during transition seemed to be an effective coping technique.
