Sorry, just added: spoiler alert. I though this group was intended for spoilers so I didnt bother lol Well I was skeptical before going. Skeptical about Grimlock, the Galvatron deal, & the whole movie. But, I was not disappointed. Seeing ratchet killed in the beginning made me want to punch the guy next to me at the movie in the face, but I didnt lol. I was so mad humans turned their backs on our autobot friends, again, considering the government has always been skeptical in bayverse... & even decided to send them into space in DOTM, but it played for a decent plot. I actually liked how in the movie humans created Galvatron & an army, because Id anticipate humans & their curiosity & lust for power & money in real life would do the same. Besides, Galvatron was sitting back & laughing at their naïveté, since he was creating his master plan all along. Hound was awesome. Bee was a true teenage punk, especially when he heard the humans comparing him to stinger & how better stinger was. I liked wahlburg & optimuss relationship, & I found It amusing that when cade was talking about his daughters lack of respect Optimus talked about how he had similar problems with Bumblebee. Optimus had every right to grow skeptical and sick of the humans screwing the Autobots over, but we all knew Optimus would come around & decide to help the humans as long as he lives. Optimus killed the human CIA guy without a blink, yes, Which some thought was violent, but otherwise Cade would be dead (most likely), he did what was right in my opinion. I was happy with the spot light on Optimus prime for this movie. I liked getting deeper into his character as far as bayverse goes. Galvatron was cool, & had he had a bigger part Id have more to say, but I think TF5 will be his spotlight. Drift was pretty cool, crosshairs was alright, the humans and their stories were decent, & the dinobots... The main reason I and thousands of others were pulling out our hair in excitement for this film, were pretty right on. Im still confused about their origin story in this movie, but Im going again so hopefully Ill answer my own question about that! I didnt mind that Grimlock & optimuss battle was short lived (a problem many had with the movie). Grimlock looked awesome, he breathed fire awesomely, & he munched them Decepticon punks awesomely! That was the highlight of the movie for me. Hes one of my favorite characters & he finally got his well deserved attention on the big screen in bayverse. Now little kids who never knew who he was will be cheering Grimlock!I Grimlock!! I have hope hell return in the next movie, & maybe even learn to speak?? Ill always have hope for the Me Grimlock! line! Overall Id put this one as one of my top favorites of the series. I know some disagree, & thats A-Okay but it is way better than ROTF, which some are saying its worse, but to each their own! I am curious as many others are about the so called creators & who bay will make them be, but movies always leave you hanging. Hope you all enjoyed at least part of the movie!
