Sorry someone has to control the abuse! I had it happen right at Cumberland farms in Rochester. The girl in front of me paid for her full breakfast and then told her friend to put her money away she was buying on her EBT card... she said she was expecting more money soon. Ugh I looked down at my four quarters, nickel and four pennies and shrugged unhappily but thought that is sad then she proceeded to show the cashier her new tattoo across her entire back!!!!!!. I could not get out of there quick enough. Please can we get a handle on this :( the working people are getting pissed!!!!!!!!
