Sorry that this is long but it has a purpose. I have been on this earth for 37 years and I have been thru alot. At age 6 my older sister and I were playing with a red wagon and it tipped over busting my head open. I also had two more head injuries that made my mom worried that every time she came would she have to go to the hospital again. At twenty I met the most beautiful interesting person in my life who began to open my eyes to a world that didnt existed and we began a journey that will make 12 wonderful year married to her and every moment worthwhile. At twenty six we brought in a life to this world that forever changed who I was and what I will be. Three years later I saw my city be submerged under water like it was going to be the new Atlantis. I was homeless around 31. I almost died on the side of the road at 33. Through all of this and more I have always weather the storm because it eventually passes. These past 5 months have lead up to today to where the storm is at its greatest. Naomi would have been 5 today. I wont lie and say Im happy because its almost impossible to celebrate today without her. This is a pain no parent or child should ever go thru, but its part of lifes circle where we were created from the ground and we go back to the ground. I still dont understand Gods plan or his methods, but I still have to follow them if I ever want to see her again. Happy birthday my monkey princess, you are loved and missed on this earth.
