Sorry this isnt hackathon related, but lots of you have gotten into competitive universities so.. Im currently a junior. I have a UW GPA of 3.6 and W GPA of 4.13 and a 1910 on the SAT. Just did random community service at my old elementary school. I helped start an Innovators Club at my school #codingteamleader #exvicepres. Oh and for those suggesting I plan a hackathon at my school, I already am doing so. What should I do outside of grades to look badass to be accepted to UCLA for a comp sci major? Since my GPA is doomed and cant raise it much higher, Im gonna need to study my ass off on the SAT and ACT during vacations, but they arent as important as high GPA. I doubt I can get an Internship, Im barely an iOS dev. Im like a pretty beginner Swift dev. I REALLY want to be in the #SiliconBeach area...UC Irvine is easier and I have a better chance of getting into that, but ...1 hour from LA...
