Sorry this one is yanking at my heart. SRC has to do away with the breed ban on adoptions. People it is wrong that just because this poor pup is a pit or pit mix it will die, it will be given no opportunity for adoption and if it was an owner surrender it will go to the top of the hit list. Its only chance is a small number of rescues that are constantly stretched beyond belief. It is time to speak out, write your Commissioners to get this unwritten policy changed!
