Sorry to have to report this, the Washington State Bar has decided not to suspend the license for the attorney that sued Nelson Tang. The attorney however, has been admitted to a diversion program under a 2 year contract. Part of this is that he had to admit to his wrongdoing (good) and then has to take ethics classes and other rehabilitation programs under the watch of the WA Bar. If he fails at any time, then hell lose his license.
