Sorry to say that we have to maintain standard procedure to conduct any meeting ....there was no agenda..there was no speech...just as it is we came and attend the programme...we need to maintain certain standards that we are all from well educated background...for eg. we have to take notes each and every meeting what is going on what we discussed in the last meeting whether we have sorted the old meeting points or still it is pending etc... for small or big meeting ...there should be a standard procedure...like...Prayer, welcome address. chief guest address... intro about our party...purpose of the meeting...General ideas sharing...vote of thanks etc... though we are in smaller group we have to follow certain standards and procedures then this small small things will reach and spread among the people ...and easy technique also..
