Sotomayor is absolutely correct with her drone comments. Then she handily negates the points she just earned with me, when she went on to comment; ...there was still room for improvement in areas beyond race, ethnicity and gender... Race, gender and ethnicity do not qualify someone to interpret the U.S. Constitution. The only qualification to be a SCOTUS justice should be a litmis test only to determine if a nominee is a Strict Constructionist or not... One who is not, should be disqualified from serving immediately.
