Souls Know Why By Mario Rivera, PoetryPoem/mariogeorgerivera The longing of the knowledge Makes us wise in many ways As the life experiences undo the riddles today Sharing the know how does make us whole That others realize the paths taken by the old ones gone The ones who crossed the challenges everyday We can assert our thinking with relevancy these days It can never breach their honesty Whether believed to be true or not The lessons taught are from the heart The conundrum does exist in the generational divides Each period of time graces us in that mythical divine Abysmal measures do take time We keep a steady watch which never dies Our precious wondering does take us in the reach A constant remainder of what is preached Wavering in methods uniquely deemed The individual sees it as keen as it can be In our walks on Mother Earth in all its grace The soul of knowledge is our universal thirst A living creed on this beautiful Mother Earth.
