Sound mind in a sound body Today I went for jogging at Farook College ground after 23 years. I use to be a regular jogger in mornings sharing the ground with another person, during my college days for 5 years. I was surprised by his stamina and punctuality. He was former Principal of Farook College, Mubarak Pasha sir. Today I see a lot of youngsters and veterans on the ground concerned about their health. Its good to see a healthy community.
