Sounds good but like the adage goes the problem is not how to give the monkey water but how to retrieve back your cup from it. I already know what the winner will say in 2015: that its his inalienable and constitutional right to contest and nobody can stop him. In 2015, many of the actors today will be outgoing in whatever and with the resources that would be at the governors disposal, he would be able to bulldoze his way. Even then, an experienced governor is likely to perform better in his second term. With this so called agreement, whoever will become the governor will now have more reasons to loot - just in case he doesnt have a second chance. All said, one of our predictions about the reason for bringing back Nuhu Ribadu is about becoming true.
