Souper Troopers is in need of lead cooks the following Wednesdays of October: 8th* - 15th - 22nd - 29th The lead cook will plan, prep and prepare the main course of the meal. Based on what the main course is will determine sides. If you would like to help, but do not know what to make - lets talk there are many options to choose from. Lead cook will not be on their own as Joseph Bright, myself, and many other regular volunteers will be there to help. :) *Menu for October 8th is set (event to be posted shortly). Our goal is to have menu set for one month out to give us time to gather ingredients in the most effect cost manner.
