Sous Chef required to work alongside the head chef in a chalet/restaurant in Morzine for the upcoming ski season. The position is live in and will need to be a male due to sleeping arrangement. We offer accommodation, all meals, local ski pass, ski or snowboard equipment, carte neige insurance, 1 day off a week and €220 per week. We will also offer travel from the UK to the Farmhouse and back to the UK at the end of the season. The sous chef needs good experience, to be comfortable in the kitchen on their own on the chefs day off and confident of chefing for a group of 30 people on their own.
