South African News: The JSE ended 0.83% lower on the back of investor risk-off sentiment. Financials gained by 0.71% however, Resources and Industrials both declined by 1.1%. On the economic front, South African inflation increased to 5.9% from a previous 5.8% as prices increased by 1.1% on average from January to February 2014. The transport index increased by 1.5% due to the recent increase in fuel prices. In trading this morning, the All-Share is 0.73% weaker and the rand is trading at R10.86 to the US Dollar. On the data front, we will be watching the EU Economic Summit and the weekly US Unemployment Claims data.
