South High Redwing Repair students will once again be performing snow blower tune-ups and repairs and a few lawnmower winterizations. Proceeds from the tune-ups will go towards funding the completion of this years Formula STEM Race Car. We will begin accepting machines Monday, Oct. 20 thru Friday, Nov. 7th. We are offering two tune-up package options, please choose when replying. Just the basics tune-up-$30: Check/Service spark plug, Change oil, Check/Service carburetor, Grease moving parts, Check/Fill Tires, Check belts, Check cables & Linkages, Check/adjust scraper blade and guide feet. Premium tune-up-$50: Replace with premium E3 spark, Change oil, Check/Service carburetor, Grease moving parts, Check/fill Tires, Check belts, Check/adjust cables & Linkages, Check/adjust scraper blade and guide feet, Add fuel system cleaner to fuel tank, Wash Machine Pick-up/Deliveries can be arranged for an additional $20 charge. However, this service will be limited this year as my availability is more limited than normal. @SHS-Drop-offs can be brought to door #19 after 7 a.m. and before 9:30 a.m. Please arrange so I know to expect you. Other arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis. ***Note Ill be out on paternity leave on 10/21, 10/23, 10/28, and 10/30.
