South Sudan Certificate of Secondary School Examinations (SSCSSE) were released this week by Education minister John Gai Yoah. Daniel Deng Ngeny from Warrap Secondary School in Tonj North County is the top student nationally. A girl Mary Nyanbol Gum from Tonj Secondary School in Tonj North County is the second student nationally. Lakes State tops the states with 82.8% pass while Eastern Equatoria State performed the least with 36% pass. Best 10 schools come from Warrap and Central Equatoria and almost all the best ten students are from Warrap State. The minister said 72% of the 13,000 students who sat for the exams have passed.
