Southside Distributors Limited in Junction, St Elizabeth is recruiting two mature individuals to fill the positions of Production Supervisors in Training. The Production Supervisors in Training would be primarily charged with operational responsibilities for the production of finished goods in the most cost effective manner during the day and night shifts. Key Features: • Be able to work on shifts and weekends as necessary • Minimum 2 years work experience required • Experienced in production preferable in the agro processing or food industry would be an asset. • Ability to add value to job and have the capacity to lead a production team. • Promote a positive and collegial working atmosphere among staff • Manage staff scheduling in accordance with production targets and deadlines • Recommend staff for recognition for outstanding performance • Maintain records of staff attendance (for Payroll) • Maintain inventory records of raw materials, sanitation and cleaning agents • Maintain records of daily production targets and production outputs for all products • Maintain raw material tracer records for each batch produced each day All interested applicants must send your resume & cover letter to southsidejobs2014@outlook no later than February 6, 2015.
