Soya Sauce Chicken Noodles 招牌酱油鸡面 @ Fragrant Sauce Chicken & Noodles 香港色香味酱油鸡饭面 (Chinatown Complex Market & Food Centre #02-085 [Green Colour Section]) • Price: $3/$4 One of my favourite stalls for Soya Sauce Chicken. The Chicken Skin was well braised and silky, while the Chicken Meat was tender and juicy. I could taste a light Five Spice flavour in the savoury Dark Sauce and after mixing it with the Chilli Paste, the Sauce Mixture was delicious. The Noodle was well-cooked and springy. A hearty meal for me.
