Spag bol tonight. Quick and easy and a family favourite. 1kg mince (I used regular mince so I browned it and drained the fat) 680g jar pasta sauce 700g jar passata 1 can refried beans plus 3/4 can of water 1 cup of pureed vegetables - I used carrot, pumkin, swede, potato and sweet potato - but any will work. 2tsp mixed herbs. Chuck it all in and cook on high for 4 hours on high for 6 hours on low. Serve with cooked spaghetti. This is the only meal that all my kids eat. Even the one who refuses to eat any fruit or veg.
