Spark is a vulnerable little man who hasnt mattered to anyone in a long damn time. Someone pretended to care enough about him in June of this year, that they adopted him from the ACC. During that go-round, Spark had an Average rating and was said to be about 7 years old. Tear 4 months off the calendar and what do we see? This same loving dog who is so starved for love that he cleaves to his person as if his life depends on that connection....which it did. Returned and slapped with a DOH hold, he now has a New Hope rating and can only be saved by a rescue group. Spark could have been killed the moment his hold expired, and the ACC has taken the unusual step of giving Spark ONE chance to go on living.
