Sparkys Special - Too Many Homeless Animals Lets Fix It Rozzie May Animal Alliance, a low-cost spay/neuter resource for New Hampshire and Maine, has received a wonderful gift to help people get their cats and dogs fixed. Bridgton resident, Marilyn Van Saun has left a bequest in memory of her dog, Sparky. Marilyn was an animal advocate throughout her life. She was very active in Harvest Hills Animal Shelter from cage cleaning volunteer to Board member. Marilyn was involved with Rozzie May Animal Alliance for the last few years. Her dog Sparky is one of many animals that is pictured on the Feline Fix It Wagon. The Feline Fix It Wagon is in a garage for the winter, but will be back on the road in April traveling from Dover to Gorham offering cats low-cost spay/neuter. Meanwhile, RMAA is offering spay/neuter clinics in Conway for dogs and cats at 290 W. Main St. This donation will allow RMAA to offer reduced spay/neuter fees until the designated funds are depleted. All cats will be $25 for the feline package, which includes surgery, rabies and distemper vaccines, nail trim and ear cleaning. Our regular dog fees will be reduced by $50, which depend on size and gender. Please join us and celebrate Marilyn and Sparky.
