Speaker John Boehner........,WHY REPEAL WHAT WAS AN ILEGAL VOTE , ITS AN ILEAGAL BILL , SIGNED BY AN ILEAGAL PRESIDENT ......ALL 100 SENATORS SHOULD NOT HAVE VOTED ON IT .....Hey , It Seems the ACA or Obamacare Senate vote could be Unethical as all 100 should not have voted for it ............ Senate rules give senators significant leeway in voting for legislation that could benefit them financially, as long as a wider class of investors is affected. They must recuse themselves only if a narrowly targeted bill would specifically benefit a limited class of people that includes the senators themselves. Seems it Benefited a limited class of people , 535 members seems like that is a limited class?
