Speaker angrily says he just wants a discussion on Obamacare. ? So he shut down our government. Well ah, see Mr. Speaker you had bad fifth grade gov. Class. Mine said if a Congressman wants fotrmal talks on a issue, he introduces a bill! The the SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE sends it to the right committy like say one that deals with health,,, and they group talks, discusses and writes the bill. IN PUBLIC MEETINGS AND NEWS REPORTERS COME. Then SPEAKER chooses when Whole HOUSE does the same discuss and negiate and talk and amend. Then SPEAKER, (you Sir!) Calls for a vote. (Many reporters write about that!) Then it goes to Senate and if the agree it is law. If not, they can even suggest changes and send back to SPEAKER who can agree to more ACTION and have talks and go thru more DISCUSSION like you angrily said is all you want. Ooooops. To get all that good healthy discussion done, a chance to make or change a law,,, Govmint has gotta be NOT SHUT DOWN. DUH,,, think on it.
