Speaking of Christmas - and it seems EVERYONE IS - our sanctuary praise choir is combining this year with the choir from Miflin Baptist Church on County Road 20 to present Mary, Did You Know? We will be singing December 8th at 9 AM here at Romar and at 6 PM the evening of the 8th at Miflin Baptist. We are still open to new folks who would like to help us celebrate the REAL REASON for the season with rehearsals this Sunday and next week at Miflin (4:30) then a combined rehearsal here on Sunday December 1st at 4:30 PM. Our regular rehearsals will be primarily this program so you are invited to join us this Wednesday at 7 PM. THEN - - Tuesday December 10th we will all be singing our annual hootenanny with the residents of Live Oaks Assisted Living on North Cedar Street in Foley at 5:30 (they go to bed about 6! I usually TRY to stay up all the way to 7:30 myself! 8^) Its gonna be a wonderful Christmas Season this year and I hope as many of you as possible will be planning on joining with us on all three of these events. (Dont forget the rehearsals! Well have books and cds for everyone!) Thats bout it. Time to head for the house and put up our Christmas tree! NOT! 8^( I havent taken down LAST YEARS YET!!
