Spinach Florentine Lasagna layered with whole Portabellas with Walnut Pesto and a Scallion Cream Drizzle Of course the usual... Ten Cheese Macaroni and Cheese This weeks Bread-pudding: Red Velvet (oh yes we did!!!) folded with Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips and frosted with our house made Butter Cream Frosting
