Speaking of animals, and of course we are, our favorite animal shelter has two gentle little female Guinea Pigs that need a home of their own. Guienea pigs are gentle little critters, unlike hamsters who can be nippy or pet rats that some people have difficulty relating to, They are a friendly little animal that can be a starter pet to teach your children about responsible animal care. It would be so great if some of our local folk would stop b y the shelter and take a gander at these little ladies - we would dearly love to find them their own home. Thanks in advance, ~carol
