Speaking of the March for the Animals, heres an update from Jacks mom (formerly Berlin), showing us that dogs arent the only ones who like to take meandering walks through the Plantations. Sign up for the March today with your furry friend! https://firstgiving/spcaoftompkinscounty/march-for-the-animals-2014 Thank you for uniting me with my Berlin (now Jack). This handsome, funny boy has added so much joy to my life since I adopted him in March. When I adopted him he seemed to have a hankering to go outside, and now he goes on regular walks through the Cornell Plantations with me (at a slow pace and stopping to sniff each and every plant, of course). He even enjoys the occasional trip to his grandmas so he can hang out and observe the world from the safety of a screen porch. In his lay time he enjoys creating all sorts of mischief around the house-- no closed door or cabinet is safe from his clever paws, but I wouldnt have it any other way. As Im sure you can see from the attached photo, he has acquired a bit of sense of style since adoption, even to the point of crying and complaining when his bow-tie is taken off. I love this little boy to bits and pieces and just wanted to thank all of the volunteers and staff for taking care of him and showing him lots of love before he found his forever home. Thank you.
